Interior Redesign is a completely different process
than Interior Design. An Interior Redesigners goal
is to utilize what a client already owns. If the
furniture doesn't fit perfectly, is dated or worn it
doesn't matter. We use it anyway. When a client
loves their old recliner, our job is to find a way to
use it and still make the room beautiful. This is
where the art and talent comes in. Since a Redesigner is using what a homeowner already owns, we know their personality will be reflected. By using items they already love, they are sure to love the transformation. Of course, we listen to our clients and understand their desires for the space to ensure a completely successful redesign. Another difference is the cost. Because you are typically not buying anything new or replacing everything in the room, the cost is very economical.

The room was too heavy on one side. By removing part of the furniture and re-arranging the living room it is more balanced. The client wanted to be able to work at the desk and on the computer while her husband watched TV, but still talk to him easily. By moving the chaise between the 2 rooms this was accomplished very nicely.
