The transformation of our room is a
true reflection of who we are. The room holds our family's story.
It is stylish, comfortable and functional. Julie had the vision
and fresh perspective that allowed us to use not only the things
we already had, but also the things we love.

This client had an "L" shaped
Living/Dining room that she wanted to make into an "Adult" area
for her and her husband. The Living room needed more seating so
we brought in a matching club chair from another room. By
angling the TV it was viewable from the dining area. We then
angled the chaise, which could be used in both areas. The dining
area became an office area, which allowed one person to be on
the computer & one person watching T.V., but be together at the
same time.

This client purchased the condo
furnished, and the style was a mix of contemporary and Tropical.
She wanted a more traditional, warm look, so we added an area
rug with warm tones, and some pillows that worked with her sofa
fabric. Replacing the gold framed artwork with wooden framed
artwork, and purchasing new, more traditional lamps really
helped to warm up the space. The non-existent conversation area
was remedied by angling the sofa & love seat directly across
from the entertainment center, which also helped the function of
the room.

I thank you both for asking the
right questions and LISTENING to how we use our room because
you definitely got everything right! Whether we're reading,
watching TV, looking over the mail, or entertaining, you met
every criteria to make the room function for us. Thanks
again for a great job! Gerri E of Bradenton

The client felt her living/dining
room combo felt cold and had no personality. Everything from the
walls to tile floor to sofa was neutral. We created a focal
point on the longest wall. Angling the sofa added interest. The
addition of a rich colored area rug the homeowner purchased
anchored the grouping. More color was added with light blue silk
throw pillows, which complimented the artwork over the sofa
table. Simple window treatments gave the room a finished look.

I couldn't believe the transformation of my room. They used my
furniture in ways I would have never dreamed of. The rooms feel
so much more spacious now. My friends couldn't wait for me to
come home to see my rooms. We all loved the redesign. Thank you

The homeowner loved her room but felt it wasn't pulled together.
We reversed the positions of the sofa & love seat, pulling the
love seat away from the wall. This created a more intimate
conversation area. The area rug was too small and was replaced
with a larger one found in the garage. The chair's ottoman is
substituted for the oversized coffee table. A small table found
in the foyer was added to the back of the sofa, where a small
lamp added some much needed ambiance

I have always had difficulty with this room. Julie &
April arranged the furniture in a way that made the room feel
cozy but roomy, at the same time! It was truly amazing. My
family and I love the way the room feels now. And they were able
to use all of my things! Maria S. of
